Proxy Voting Scorecards

Proxy Voting Scorecards is a free tool from the Center for Active Stewardship (CAS) for grading mutual funds and asset managers on their proxy voting records. Pick shareholder proposals, say how you think they should have been voted, and see how each fund family and institutional investor actually voted.

Scorecards are computed from the CAS Proxy Voting Database, a free, comprehensive, and downloadable database of mutual fund and asset manager votes at shareholder meetings.
